Program Eligibility & Safety

To ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with Ohio medical guidelines, the following criteria apply:

BMI Requirements: 

This program is available to patients with a BMI of 30 or higher. Co-morbidity Exception: If you have certain weight-related health conditions (such as high blood pressure or Type 2 diabetes), you may qualify with a BMI as low as 28. Safety First: Because Adipex is a controlled substance, your safety is paramount. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse, dependency, or addiction are not eligible for participation in this program.
